EleReception

With installations nationwide, EleReception is a visitor management system with the ability to also record staff, regular visitors and pupils in educational settings.

A bespoke designed front screen for your reception, designed to be quick and easy to use, GDPR compliant.

When choosing where to go, customers are more likely to go somewhere where changes have been made.

Screen Sizes

The system is available to be used on various size commercial screens, the most common being 10" and 15".

Screens can be connected via Wi-Fi or via ethernet cable.

Chipped ID - Mifare - Paxton - QR

The system can be used with chipped fobs, ID cards or QR codes making it quicker and easier for staff to sign in and out.

Providing a visitor with a pre printed visitor card and lanyard now also provides the ability for the visitor to sign out with a swipe of the card without the need to type their name on screen. (Visitors should not see a list of visitors when signing in or out.)
